At Bacca Bucci, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you can return or exchange your items within 15 days of delivery provided they are in original, unworn condition.

Quality Inspection
Ensure the product is packed in its original box with all tags intact; our courier partner will perform a quick surface check during pickup.
Reverse Pickup
Once your request is approved, we will arrange a free reverse pickup from your registered address within 24 to 48 hours.
Refund Processing
After the item reaches our warehouse and passes quality control, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
